A credit card is required to register with a pre-authorization of $100 at the time of registration. At the close of the auction, your card will be charged for the item and any associated premiums and fees.
Pickup time will be Friday December 1, 2017 from 9 am to 3 pm, or otherwise by appointment. Should any bidder fail to take delivery or make arrangements to take delivery of items within that time, items will be considered abandoned and will become property of Double A Auction & Realty.
REMOVAL OF ITEMS: SPECIFICALLY LIFTS, we will make any and all accommodations to facilitate access to the building; however, auction staff will not assist in the removal. Winning bidder must supply necessary labor, tools and equipment to safely remove the lifts from the building. These lots are subject to a $250 deposit that will be returned to the winning bidder, in cash, upon successful removal of the items. This deposit is not subject to buyer's premium or sales tax. The building is slated for auction, so time is of the essence in removing items. Please be mindful of these terms when bidding on these items.
